Hilton Memphis

I stayed the weekend for an educational Cancer Conference. I would like to acknowledge and thank Ashley at the front desk staff! She was so friendly and gave me an awesome room on the 25th floor since I checked in on my birthday! I would say a con was the charge for parking overnight. The daily attendees of the conference had complimentary parking but those that stayed overnight were charged a parking fee. (I gave a 4/5 star because I don’t think the parking fee was fair)

I specifically chose this hotel because it had a hot tub, and it did not disappoint! So many outdoor hot tubs are barely warm, but this one was actually hot, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond by bringing decaf coffee pods to my room when I asked. My room was on a high floor with an amazing view, including the famous 1,000-foot WMC-TV tower, which looks incredibly impressive from the 23rd floor. I also felt very safe throughout my stay. The breakfast restaurant was fantastic and was a great way to start the morning. I was traveling for business, so the stay fit my needs well. My only downsides (which were minor) were the $45 parking fee, which feels expensive, the Starbucks not offering decaf coffee, and the fact that only one or two of the four elevators were operating. But overall, I had a great stay and will definitely return when I'm in Memphis next time.
